Social Commitment
We want every handicapped person to be able to actively participate in everyday life. This is the reason why we support socially disadvantages people or people in third world countries.
Project Cameroon"
[2022] We prepared 11 Rehatec devices to support Project Cameroon. They change the life of children living in the slum of Douala and suffering from epilepsy or other disabilities in a positive way. This is only the first step until each one of them will get access to appropriate treatment methods.
Hana
[2021] Hana lives in Bosnia and suffers from cerebral palsy. After her former activity chair had been to small for her, she needed a new one quite urgently. Now she has a new activity chair helping her participate in everyday life.
Special Needs Equipment for Mozambique
[2020/2021] Together with the "Wheelchairs for Africa" project and Konvoi der Hoffnung e. V., we sent 24 Rehatec devices to Mosambique. Since then, our activity chairs, mobility bases and indoor frames support children living in a Catholic institution near the capital of Maputa.
Amani
[2020] The Bosnian girl Amani is 5 years old when she suddenly lapses into a coma and starts fighting for her life. Step by step, she finds her way back into life. Even though she suffers severely from epilepsy, physical and mental disabilities, she has never lost her bright, sparkling eyes. Since it is hard to find any special needs equipment in Bosnia, we provided Amani and her family with a colourful Nele activity chair that will be her campanion in everyday life.
