The Heidelberg Upright Stander Impuls - model 2021 is now available. Its main characteristic is the brand new electric drive for the standing aid. It makes the upright stander more silent and helps you move patients even more slowly and gently from a sitting to an upright position. The extra comfort caters to the well-being of patients and caregivers.

The control unit of the electric drive is more compact compared to the previous model and offers an emergeny stop switch that is always quickly and easily accessible to caregivers.

What does the base model of the Heidelberg Upright Stander Impuls - model 2021 include?

There are two sizes of the Heidelberg Upright Stander Impuls - model 2021 available. It is suitable for users who are 1.30 m to 1.95 m tall and do not exceed 130 kg. It is provided with stable parallel support bars. It offers additional stability to patients who are able to hold on tight while being moved in an upright position. You can also mount removable pelvic supports. All models include an electric belt retractor. An integrated and padded emergeny buffer stops the belt retractor automatically when the user is in an upright position. It comes with stable feet, removable sandals, knee supports, a buttcock support belt and a therapy table.

For an individual design of the Heidelberg Upright Stander Impuls, it is available in 22 frame colours and with artificial leather cushions in light grey or anthracite.

Which kinds of accessories are available?

Most users sit in a wheelchair to be moved in an upright position. Your overall feeling of safety rises when you are able to position the user as closely to the upright stander as possible. A broad base frame combined with a low entry makes the transfer even more easy.

We reecommend you to use a shaped buttock support belt. It perfectly adapts to the user and makes sure that user is comfortably and safely moved in an upright position. You may even order a made-to-measure belt.

As usual, we provide you with a wide range of supports for knees, chest and back. All of them are individually adjustable for maximum safety and stability. Combined with a chest support, the emergency buffer stops the belt retractor automatically when the user touches the chest support.
